Stress is one of those unavoidable things in life, and although yoga is not a cure for anxiety anything that benefits our well-being and makes us feel good is an important positive within our lives. Yoga is for every body; plus it has also been shown & proven to be especially helpful for anyone dealing with stress and anxiety!
This is where Shanti Y&W was born from; With over 10 years of experience as a youth worker working specifically with teenage high-risk child protection clients, Corrine followed her passion for youth mental health and wellbeing, and her personal journey with Yoga to become a qualified Child and Teen Yoga Teacher - combining her skills to deliver a specialised youth yoga and wellbeing program for children and teens of all demographics to access. Supporting young people to combat the physical and emotional toll of stress and anxiety, whilst building strength and resilience both physically and mentally… This is her ‘soul-cash’!
